An intensive two days for almost 50 area technicians here at TSW. Attendees came from Kentucky, Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin to take part in DoorKing’s traveling workshop.

This truly was a hands-on experience. While instructors went thru installation steps, techs wired and configured working demo equipment that was linked to software on each of their computers. New cellular and VoIP products were highlighted and demonstrated to a very attentive audience. A discussion covering recent changes in UL 325 Gate Safety Standards brought up a lot of very good questions from installers, including concerns for compliance by others in the industry.
