Please be advised that a bug has been discovered in the latest version of the FAAC E024U software. This bug affects the capability of the board, when used in combination with the loop detector interface 2670.1, to fully monitor the closing safety photo eye.

The affected boards can be recognized from the version written on the green label. 1E is the version with the bug. It is requested those with affected boards load the previous 1D version of software. A new version of software that corrects the bug is expected by the end of March.
