LiftMaster’s commitment to cost containment through effective supply chain management and manufacturing efficiencies has always resulted in valued pricing for their customers. In spite of their efficient processes of LiftMaster, strong economic pressure, rising manufacturing and operational costs, as well as, costs associated with the more technically advanced product they have launched, is forcing LiftMaster to raise prices on residential and commercial products effective March 1, 2016.

• No Increase – Gate operators, hardware and related accessories (except as noted)
• 2.5% – Gate operator radio controls/ receivers (models XXXLM, CCMAX, and XXXHM only)
• No Increase – Remaining gate operator radio controls/ receivers (including Passport)
• 4% – Gate operator parts

Documented quotes for LiftMaster commercial products will be honored until Apriel 1, 2016. In addition to the changes noted above, the LiftMaster parts program for all product lines is being realingned. List prices are being adjusted down between 39% to 49%. The net result is a cleaner pricing program.
