LiftMaster will be introducing the new linear actuator gate operator in Q1 2019. Changes to the new linear actuators:

  • Includes new monitored retro reflective photo eye (LMRRUL) with new features
  • New appearance – removal of the burgundy stripes
  • LA500 light lens – is now frosted and includes an improved sealed gasket for water resistance

New linear actuator package model numbers (LA500PKGUL, LA400PKGUL, LA412PKGUL) will launch in Q1, 2019. The single and secondary arms will not change model numbers (LA500DC/S, LA412DC/S, LA400DC/S), although they will be transitioned at the same time with the packages to ease the conversion.
